This 12-week program is designed to build maximal strength efficiency, joint integrity, and controlled movement capacity. Training is structured around primary compound lifts performed in low-rep ranges (4–6 reps) with consistent load progression. Weight is increased only after full control is demonstrated across all prescribed sets and reps. Accessory work prioritizes mobility, core stability, and movement balance to reinforce lift mechanics and reduce injury risk. Conditioning is maintained at a high level to support cardiovascular efficiency without compromising strength output. Progression is intentional, recovery is respected, and quality of movement is non-negotiable. The objective is not rapid hypertrophy—but the development of repeatable strength, structural resilience, and long-term performance.
